If you are an Older Adult age 62+ looking to right size to a beautiful garden home, we want to be your trusted partner. Village residents choose from one of three garden home floor plans, ranging from 895 to 1,227 square feet. Our spacious two-bedroom designs allow residents to select a home that best meets their individual needs.
Moving into The Village provides a wonderful opportunity to use the proceeds from the sale of your home. All residents pay an entrance fee determined by the size and floor plan they select and monthly service fee.
Village residents enjoy the convenience of a lovely home maintained by a highly professional staff. Because Christian Care Communities retains the deed for the homes, residents enjoy freedom from monthly utilities (excluding telephone and cable television) and interior and exterior upkeep. These benefits, as well as building insurance, garbage removal, social and spiritual care are provided through a monthly service fee.
