Memory Care

Memory care is offered in a secure neighborhood in Bridgepointe at Village Manor. Developed just for those with memory loss, including Alzheimer’s disease and dementia, the care, programming and purposeful design of the neighborhood enhances residents’ independence.
 
Using the Best Friends™ Approach, our staff knows each resident’s life story, preferences, abilities and individual challenges, enabling them to deliver personalized care that meets needs, builds trust and forms strong friendships.
Along with all-inclusive 24/7 nursing care, Bridgepointe also provides:
